Yardi Voyager™,
an Internet-based application, web-enables the Yardi Enterprise™
property and asset management applications. Voyager easily brings
processing power to even the most remote users. Voyager's comprehensive security
system lets clients decide who and how much information internal and
remote users may access. This application expands traditional
operations by offering interactive functionality to prospects,
tenants, employees, investors and vendors.
Yardi
Professional™ is a feature-rich system designed to
meet the needs of small to mid-sized residential management
companies. Yardi Professional™
includes full accounting with property, owner, vendor, applicant and
tenant databases. The system easily handles management of single and
multi-family residential units and Homeowner Associations.
